We work with, advise & support our clients & partners to realize the unique opportunities that will enhance the market position & bottom line of their business, development site or existing, under-utilized real estate asset. We do this through strategic market insight, & a development plan that is quantified by comprehensive feasibility studies, market analysis, creative positioning & direction, business plan & project modelling. Once the strategy is established, we deliver the vision with complete development & project management services relative to the project.
Since KaidCo’s inception in Australia in 2003, Kylie Burton has led the strategy, development & positioning of over 220 culinary, hotel, office & lifestyle properties throughout North America & Australia, including the participation in over $1.3B in office, hospitality & mixed use developments; & an award-winning, Conde Nast Traveler top 10 boutique hotel, cited by Brian Chesky, CEO of AirBnB as, ‘setting the example for a new generation of boutique hotels’.
We assemble & lead teams through each stage of a project, creating a cohesive & feasible vision, development & business plan; then overseeing the roll out of that plan through to market.
