Soto on 28th redefines urban living with a limited collection of twenty residences—garden bungalows, townhomes, & penthouses—set within Vancouver’s West Side Garden District. Inspired by serene Japanese aesthetics & shaped by contemporary West Coast sensibilities, the project delivers a lifestyle rooted in calm, connection, & craftsmanship.
