the solution.

To develop a fractional ownership retreat that limited environmental footprint while expanding access to ownership through diversified revenue streams, shared ownership & a full service operating model. By weaving in wellness, epicurean & agrarian elements, with family-friendly amenities, the project created a holistic lifestyle experience rooted in place, preservation, & stewardship.

CASE STUDY

legacy ownership on
the edge of the Pacific.

Building sanctuaries that endure.

Tofino Beach House demonstrates how fractional ownership can deliver elevated lifestyle value & second home ownership while preserving natural heritage.

the challenge

Tofino’s real estate market has become increasingly inaccessible, while resort developments often face scrutiny for environmental impact & cultural fit, while lack of supply, restrictive STR regulations & high cost of home ownership in the area  create barriers to entry for second home owners. The challenge was to create a high-value ownership model that provided exclusivity & lifestyle enrichment without compromising ecological integrity, & working with the local zoning & use regulations.
