founder perspective
Before establishing KaidCo, Kylie's career began in marketing for large-scale masterplanned estates & the development of urban communities across Australia — shaping how projects were positioned, experienced & ultimately absorbed by the market.
This foundation evolved into franchise commercial design & brand management across North America, followed by luxury residential interiors & later boutique hotel development, ownership, operations & revitalization of under-utilized hospitality, office & mixed-use assets.
